lipiguyhome.jpg Liliana Moya is a native of Chile and has a Bachelor's degree in English from the Universidad de Ciencias de la Educación de Playa Ancha in Valparaíso, Chile. She taught English as a foreign language in Santiago for 5 years before moving to the United States to pursue her Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language at Minnesota State University Mankato. Since completing her degree in 1994 she has been working in the Public School System teaching ESL.

Lily recently completed a second Master's Degree in Spanish Language and Culture at the University of Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain. She enjoys dancing, listening to music and playing with her nieces and nephews.

Guy Haglund is a native of Minnesota and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota in Interdisciplinary Studies and a second B.A. in Computer and Information Science from the University of California in Santa Cruz. He lived in California for many years, and began his studies of the Spanish language there in 1974. He has travelled extensively in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America, Europe and Asia.

In 1992 Guy undertook and completed a solo canoe trip on the Mississippi River starting at its source at Lake Itasca in northern Minnesota and ending at the Gulf of Mexico.

Guy works for a non-profit agency that promotes literacy in the state of Minnesota and enjoys bicycling, canoeing, dancing and playing and listening to all kinds of music.
